About the role:
This is a full-time role based in Robina, Queensland.
Duties of this role include but are not limited to:
• Provision of audit and assurance engagements across our diverse client base;
• Provision of technical accounting advice;
• Being in charge of auditing of financial information for non-listed entities
• Assessing all necessary financial statements and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards/IFRS
• Audit planning, designing, and performing audit procedures
• Preparation of draft audit reports
• Good time-management skills when conducting multiple audit tasks
• Other tasks and duties as necessary
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 5 years' external audit experience with at least 1 at an Australian firm;
• Must have experience working with Not For Profit entities, AFSLs and SMEs
• Bachelor's Degree in commerce or equivalent;
• Be studying towards or have completed your CA or CPA;
• Be a highly motivated self-starter
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills as this is a client facing role
• Be eager to learn, grow and further their career; and
• Have a strong commitment to quality service and client relationships
