KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Successfully passed the GCE O/L, A/L examinations and having good computer literacy with the ability to work with MS office package (Excel/word/Power point).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience related to administration and accounting and knowledge on SAP system would be an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication skills in both English and Sinhala and proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work long hours when required.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Parts invoicing in SAP and communicate to the team for delivery and the payment collection.
  • Payment clearance and receipting support coordinating with the admin and finance team, whenever required.
  • Proper communication among respective dealers and keep the sales team updated with the AMW information’s.
  • Maintained the required documents and prepare/update management reports.
