  • Driving implementation of contracting solutions including the delivery of the contract data extraction service target operating model for ICG.
  • Collaborating with Legal and Technology partners to assess best-in-class contract data extraction technology solutions, both internal and external vendor provided, and socialising options with business stakeholders.
  • Evaluating contract data extraction business cases, assessing overall cost versus benefits per business requirement.
  • Designing the target state workflow for contract data, working closely with the ICG and Legal Chief Data Office.
  • Developing the resourcing model that will support the ICG-wide contract data extraction service.
  • Actively managing one or more projects end-to-end, maintaining alignment with programme milestones, and ensuring key deliverables are met to a high quality to progress the overall SCD roadmap.
  • Conducting detailed project planning including defining project milestones, deliverables, and timelines in accordance with Strategic Contract Digitisation objectives.
  • Managing technology/vendor teams as well as internal and external stakeholders to ensure success, as required.
  • Ensuring SCD operates in alignment with broader teams and programmes delivering work related to contract digitisation and maintaining visibility of such activity.
  • Acting as champion and advocate to drive adoption of digital contracting capabilities, including proactive communication of the Strategic Contract Digitisation (SCD) roadmap, principles, and vision.
  • Facilitating working group meetings and workshops with stakeholders including preparing meeting materials and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise around contract data and process digitisation
