Company Overview:

Join 1ST 4 Connect, a leading provider of accounting software solutions, as a B2B Accounting Software Sales Executive/Manager. The role will involve understanding client businesses and providing advice on implementing solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and advising clients on their existing controls and suggesting further controls that align with the solution. You may also be required to perform walkthroughs of the financial department.

 

We are looking for ACCA Part-qualified or newly qualified candidates.

 

Responsibilities:

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for meeting sales targets.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize workload to maximize productivity.
  • Understand client business, progress with the sales lead, and successfully close deals.

Client Engagement and Solution Implementation:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of client businesses and their unique environments.
  • Provide expert advice on implementing our accounting software solutions and recommend appropriate controls.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in the accounting software industry.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

CRM and Documentation:

  • Utilize CRM and other tools to maintain accurate records of tasks, prospect information, and progress.
  • Regularly update the CRM with relevant information to facilitate effective communication within the sales team.

Collaboration and Learning:

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, sharing, and learning within the sales team.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to improve overall execution and drive results.

Prioritization and Timely Follow-up:

  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize selling activities effectively.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely fashion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Pricing Negotiation and Value Retention:

  • Employ strong negotiation skills to secure deals while maintaining a focus on retaining long-term value for the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry.
  • Familiarity with the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate to price and preserve long-term value.
