Description
- Participate in month end close activities - review of Balance Sheet, P&L, journal adjustments etc.
- Liaison and communication with SSC (or outsourced Finance services provider) relating to accounting transactions and reporting requirements
- Assist with preparation of yearly budget, quarterly forecast, quarterly business review, weekly LE
- Provide variance analysis of the financial results in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to regular sales report, ASP, ARP, Margin and department expenses
- Provide Financial supports to the Regional Finance team as and when required
- Partner closely with the management team on ad-hoc requests such as providing business performance reports
- Other responsibilities include expenses monitoring (Advertising and Promotion expense tracking, Sales incentives calculations, manage rebates accruals etc.)
- Annual key exercise on Standard costs updates and review on inventory revaluation
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
Profile
- Possess a Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Financial Planning experience
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines
- Meticulous, detail oriented and proactive
- Good computer literacy in using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial System and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP application) will be an advantage
