Who we are looking for

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • No experience required - desire to work and develop.
  • Proactive critical thinker with a keen eye for detail. Data-driven, process and results-oriented professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various members of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, coordination, and presentation skills and overall cross-functional integration.
  • Ability to develop effective tools, identify opportunities, and drive innovations that impact process utilization, improvement, and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines and changes in the projects’ scope and direction.

Your future role

  • Design, implement, and govern the business process management program and framework.
  • Coordinate standardization of the processes.
  • Optimization of work with software – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Conduct regular audits of processes and business rules to ensure they are kept current and complied with.
  • Drive process optimization, ensure consistency, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Deloitte Tech teams who support in optimization and development of Business processes.
  • Provide insights and review business/department statuses.
  • Maintain business process automation and innovative solutions to support business process management.
  • Develop unified processes that support teams through process improvement.
  • Communicate updates, progress, issues, and risks. Ask for help when needed.
  • Utilize process analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and dive deeper into the root causes.
  • Coordinate detailed reports showcasing the results of process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster an enterprise-wide culture of Process Excellence in collaboration with other members.
  • Create / develop appropriate tools such as excel tool, BI reports and etc. that help drive process implementation and execution.
  • Supporting Deloitte Tech team in development of RPA/ Power Automation decisions.
  • Manage and update existing processes, leveraging best practices to drive consistency across teams globally.
  • Be ready to take on additional duties if necessary.
