We are a boutique professional accounting & consultancy firm currently expanding and going through digital transformation and expansion. Hiring for HR & Admin Executive with minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field, responsible, team player with good written English and communication skills.
Preferences:
- 2 years of work experience in relevant field with SME
- Familiar with professional firm industry practices
- Able to start immediately / in 1 or 2 week
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to general business calls and enquiries
- Perform general office administrative duties and errands
- Maintain records, documents, perform data entry and filing
- Prepare, update and ensure timeliness and completeness of file
- Maintain office upkeep, maintenance, environment and supplies
- Process staff claims, leave application and time sheet
- Prepare payment vouchers for authorization and make payments
- Prepare sales invoices and follow up on outstanding payment
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and petty cash movement
- Compile and update employee records (personal file, leave, OT)
- Process monthly payroll and statutory payments
- Post job advertisement, candidate screening
- HR memos and letters Coordinate HR projects (meeting, onboarding, training & interview)
- Maintain employee positivity and enforce on compliance to Company SOPP, rules and regulations
- Any other and ad-hoc administrative and HR matters as instructed by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Administration, Organizational, Document Controller, Good Understanding, Common Sense, Good Verbal and Computer Literate Mature mentality, team-player, resourceful, self-motivated with high integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High attention to details, responsible and discipline
- eticulous and able to work independently.
- Professional industry experience is an added advantage.
