As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
1. 负责互联网,媒体,零售,电商,消费品,地产,高科技制造相关企业的审计和合规咨询服务,代理评估和管理,媒体审计和营销测量等咨询项目;
2. 在特定媒体审计和测量领域进行独立个人研究,提出具有创新性,建设性的意见;
3. 负责实施具体审计或咨询项目,通过了解客户需求,定义工作范围,制定项目工作方案,确定总体的查核方向和审计策略,确保符合专业标准,控制审计工作的质量;
4. 编写,复核审计工作底稿及审计/咨询报告,与客户有关人员讨论报告中的重大问题;
5. 负责追踪审计建议的执行结果,审计档案的整理归档;
6. 通过掌握的电商,媒介代理公司的评估与付款,大型季播栏目的项目管理等知识和经验,为客户在媒介采买领域的制度制定与执行的效率效果情况,合同履行情况,风险控制情况进行提供咨询或审计服务,提出改进建议;
7. 配合服务主管合伙人开展媒介审计和咨询售前工作.
任职要求:
1. 拥有一定的互联网广告,数字媒介,营销或相关研究的客户方或代理方的工作经验;
2. 了解中国和全球的营销/传播趋势,能通过口头和书面工作独立提出观点并清楚展示能力;
3. 统招全日制本科及以上学历,审计学,会计学,新闻传播,广告等相关专业;
4. 2年以上工作经验,有媒体行业审计经验优先;
5. 具有较强的分析判断能力,文字表达能力;
6. 原则性强,为人正直,客观公正;
7. 良好的适应能力和抗压能力,可以适应出差.
