Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for manufacturing finance analysis
  • Support planning team and operation team to prepare budget for working hours
  • Track actual working hours input, improve data accuracy and on time input on both standard and non-standard job order
  • Analysis actual working hours vs budget, support operation team to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Check job close variance on DM and hours, close job orders in system for monthly closing
  • Responsible for Inbound cost analysis and work with operation team to find cost out opportunities
  • Responsible for Internal Sales transaction
  • Lead internal sales revenue recognition, COGS booking, forecast and reporting
  • Responsible for issuing commercial invoice, tax invoices and completing requirements of tax control system
  • Support operation team to optimize internal sales document preparation and process
  • Monitoring cash collection from internal customer
  • Responsible for company payment process
  • Handle foreign currency transactions, forecast and hedging arrangement
  • Handle RMB manual payment process
  • Support requests from treasury, bank and government on cash and bank
  • Drive compliance and controllership on payment policy and process
  • Follow up long aging GRNI and Holding invoice and pushing operation team to solve
  • Support local request from tax bureau and tax COE team
  • Support Government statistics request and other request from government per notification
  • Support internal and external report, audit and review
  • Ad-hoc request from manager
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university, CPA/FMP preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of finance / accounting experience
Desired Characteristics
  • Excellent analytical skills, Clear thinking / problem solving ability
  • Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skill
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PPT), familiar with ERP Oracle system
