We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and receptionist support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will perform a wide range of tasks, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing files and records, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
