  1. Oversees a range of administrative and financial tasks that includes assisting with billing invoices, preparing budgets, recruitment, payroll, managing cash flow, preparing MIS report and so on.
  2. Coordinate with vendors, clients and other stakeholders to complete the financial transactions.
  3. Supervises financial transactions within the company to ensure no discrepancies in reports.
  4. Ensures up to date reports on financial profit and loss. Assists in developing strategic plans by brainstorming to reduce spending and maximizing profits.
  5. Ensures the proper documentation for financial transactions, requests, purchase orders and keep updated records.
  6. Updates and operates as per the prevailing lax of Taxation including all taxes and VAT. Understanding of Capital Markets, raising and allocation of fund and profit planning.
  7. Analysing the financial data for accurate auditing and assist in external audit.
  8. Review financial report.
