Internal Audit Manager

The successful candidate will take role of chief auditor to lead and coach audit team to accomplish audit project as assigned.

Description

• Identify and assess risks to design audit scope for each business unit, prepare audit program, design work papers and audit tools including ensure that the audit programs are updated periodically
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control of established system or functional units under reviews
• Prepare and review audit findings, working papers, evaluate completed work, adequacy and documentation leading to preparation of internal audit report
• Summarize and present audit finding, obtaining concurrence on the accuracy of the findings and provide recommendations to address the internal control or procedural inadequacies including management report
• Follow up management actions, and prepare quarterly report per requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the adequacy of internal control, and compliance with applicable laws, regulation, policy & procedure, and code of conduct including Coordinate with audit and control department in response to all deliverables and collaboration request
• Utilize strong accounting, finance, auditing background to understand and develop insights into financial performance of a large, complex and highly profitable multinational company
• Support Management in Create Policy Management by following organization's goals including plan annual budget and check the correctness of actual monthly transaction
• Supervise, guide and support the team members to be professional in the field including create the good teamwork environment
• Act as a Change Agent to initiate new things and lead team to be high performers and individual strong.
• To handle ad hoc projects as required by the management including Integrated Risk Management, J-SOX, ISO

Profile

• Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or Related filed
• 5 - 7 years of experience in internal audit
• Have auditing background with Audit firm experiences at least 5 years
• Have experience to work with Corporate in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Business Administration, or related disciplines with experiences more than 5 years in managerial level
• Have ERP Knowledge and experience in data mining skills, especially for SAP system
• Have a strong knowledge of local Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards (Thai GAAP, TFRS) and IFRS
• Good management skill, Business acumen, analytical and systematic thinking skills
• High technical ability, excellent interpersonal, coordination and leadership qualities
• Fluent of both spoken and written English with international exposures experiences
• Experience with J-SOX Compliance would be preferable
• Have an experience in Project implementation would be preferable
• Must having CPA or CIA license (One of any)
