Accounts Representative / Tax Accountant

US Business Account Representative Experience Preferred

• Tax Knowledge
• Bookkeeping Experience
• QuickBooks Experience
• Computer savvy
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in speaking and writing English
• Must be able to speak with a North American accent

• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Accounting experience will be preferred. 

Job Duties: As an account representative, you will be working closely with our clients to manage their accounts by,

• Addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients
• Collaborating with account managers and submitting reports to upper management
• You will maintain a positive working relationship with our clients, requesting information from them, and answering any questions they might have about their business accounts.
