The role required is for an Assistant Manager in the Financial Services Advisory (Internal Audit) team with a focus on Insurance (Carrier, Reinsurer, broker), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of engagements, gaining experience in planning and delivering internal audit assignments and on regulatory advisory across a breadth of engagements. You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end engagement, overseeing internal audit reviews and regulatory assurance reviews

You’ll be someone with

• Internal audit or regulatory assurance experience in Insurance or Financial Services and an understanding internal audit methodology and techniques
• A functional knowledge of the UK regulatory environment with knowledge of Financial Services sub sectors and risks faced
• An understanding of risk management and internal control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
• An Accountancy or internal audit professional qualifications i.e. ICAEW, CIMA, CIIA, ACCA is preferred
