Main purpose of job
To ensure that all charitable income is correctly processed and accounted
for.
Main responsibilities
1. Maintain records of all covenants and gift aid, corresponding as
necessary with donors.
2. Record legacies due, corresponding as necessary with solicitors,
next of kin and any other relevant parties.
3. Oversee all bank accounts relating to income received and closely
monitor cash balances and transfers from and into accounts.
4. Collect and record all income received from other sources.
5. Maintain a regular reconciliation between the income ledger and
other ledgers.
