An expanding and highly successful corporate finance team and business based in Beaconsfield is looking to bolster its team with the addition of a newly qualified ACA/ACCA Corporate Finance Executive as a result of growth, as a key addition in this growing department, where you will have genuine opportunity to progress and develop in this role and firm

Description
The Key responsibilities for this Corporate Finance Executive in Beaconsfield include:
- Support the Corporate & Forensic Services Partner in transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, due diligence, valuations, fund raising and other ad hoc projects
- Completion of corporate finance and forensic accountancy assignments (including but not limited to loss quantification, business valuation and matrimonial disputes) to a high standard of technical competence and within time/budget constraints.
- Preparation of corporate finance bid/proposal documents and related documentation: research relevant information and prepare documents for Partner review
- Professional written and oral communication with clients.
- Build good rapport with the clients, with a clear understanding of client expectations.
- Work effectively with members of the team and client staff.
- Attend training courses, keeping technical knowledge up to date.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Agreement of assignment budgets with the Partner as work commences, regular monitoring of progress against budget and feedback to the Partner.
Profile
The successful candidate Corporate Finance Executive in will be/have:
- Finalist or newly qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent
- Analytical and logical skills
- Ability to understand key client and business issues, to analyse and interpret financial data, understand complex business models and produce meaningful and concise reports
- Good communication skills (both in writing and orally)
- Technically up to date with awareness of relevant regulatory frameworks
- Professional and ethical skills, displaying integrity at all times
- Organised and able to manage own time and deadlines
