Client Details
My client are based out of Ferndown, fall under the medical and nursing industry, focusing on rehabilitation. They are growing, and fast, so have a need for a Bookkeeper to join their team, with view to the team growing in the future.
Description
Bookkeeper responsibilities:
· Raising and processing all sales ledger invoices.
· Credit Control.
· Dealing with payments of all bills, credit cards payments, and one-off purchases.
· Responsibility for the office petty cash and reconciliation.
· Updating cash book for company accounts and client accounts
· Managing client accounts
· Supporting the payroll process
· Provide admin support to case managers as required.
· Provide admin support to management team as required.
· Answering calls and responding to enquiries
Profile
Bookkeeper:
· Ability to work within a team, making a positive contribution.
· Flexibility to be able to switch between the various aspects of the role.
· Ability to organise and be able to deal with changes to normal routine to deal with unplanned issues.
· Attention to detail and desire to be accurate.
· Ability to use at a basic plus level Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
· Experience in a finance and accounts department, desirable would be full or part AAT qualification.
