Key roles and responsibilities
✓ Supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities of the team
✓ Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analysing, verifying and reporting financial information
✓ Provide guidance to the team to monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
✓ Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles as followed all across the clients
✓ Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audits of clients
✓ Assign projects and direct staff to ensure appropriate practices are followed to improve efficiency and internal processes
✓ Ensure that the quality of client service delivery is maintained and constantly review to improvise the quality of deliverables
✓ Recruit and hire new employees
✓ Training, Appraisals, Career Planning
✓ Align team performance to Organizational Goals
Required
✓ Qualification: ACCA affiliates/ Members with 4-6 years of experience.
✓ The candidate should be willing to work in a challenging and dynamic role
✓ Capable of handling a team of 20-30 members
✓ Good Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Interpersonal & Communication Skills
✓ Prior experience in consulting and exposure in handling international accounting engagements are preferable.
