KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Post day-to-day transactions and perform reconciliations with client GLs to ensure accuracy and completeness
2) Post month end accruals and reconcile with client GLs
3) Perform in-depth reviews of client GLs, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
4) Prepare fixed asset register as per client’s CAPEX policy
5) Prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis
6) Reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable on monthly basis
7) Post all invoices and reconcile VAT input and output GLs for tax return
8) Ensure proper withholding tax deductions on foreign clients' payments
9) Co-ordinate with foreign teams for timely compliances
10) Any other task assigned by team Manager
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum 3 years of experience of accounts department or accounting outsource department of CA firm
2) BBA/ MBA Finance or ACCA (part qualified)
3) Ability to work under pressure, independently and provide quality deliverables
4) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
5) Sound knowledge of IFRS & Companies ACT 2017
