Our client are a private-equity backed manufacturing business currently embarking on a 5 year growth plan - their clients include some of the most recogniseable brands on the high street.
Description
- Lead resolution of technical accounting matters in conjunction with auditors and prepare relevant accounting technical papers.
- Draft summary reports for the Audit Committee on quarterly basis to coincide with quarterly reporting.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and related working papers for quarter ends and the year end.
- Lead preparation for annual audit and any quarterly reviews, being the primary point of contact for the auditors.
- Custodian of Company's accounting policies & practices, including preparing new or revised accounting policies & practices when new accounting standards or other regulatory changes are issued.
Profile
- ACA Qualified/ACCA/CIMA qualfiied
- IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge, ideally gained within an accountancy practice having audited or advised listed companies.
- Preparing or auditing of IFRS and UK GAAP compliant financial statements and accompanying narrative documents, together with drafting of supporting working and accounting technical papers.
