Description
Responsible for business partner operational leads from service centres across the country
focused on a geographical patch
Reviewing and challenging KPis and performance of service centres
Making improvements, efficiencies and sharing recommendations
Presenting packs of information to the SLT
Profile
Qualified accountant
Must understand and have experience within social care sector
Strong commercial skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Use of excel, Power BI
Must be able to drive as will be expected to travel 2 days a week including visiting service centres
