As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all finance and accounting activities for a busy shipping and logistics business in Sierra Leone.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all finance and accounting activities for a busy shipping and logistics business in Sierra Leone.
- Day-to-day accounting management
- Monthly reporting and forecasting
- Team leadership - training, developing, and managing a team of accountants
- Work closely with the Country Manager
Previous experience:
- Must have a strong hands-on finance and accounting background
- Previous experience of working in West Africa or a similar environment is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
