Client Details

Description


  • Accounting operation & Revenue recognition confirmation

    • Maintain a smooth accounting day-to-day operation
    • Calculate revenue from Tmall and JD ecom platforms and estimate commissions needed to give to the platform and TP Chancemate
    • Consolidate revenue pictures per day/week/month to keep track of the revenue progress

  • Expenses audit & Payment

    • Audit significant expenses from marketing and supply chain, including contract checking and audit of proof of work (e.g., KOL seeding screenshots for marketing investment)
    • Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting documents. Check reimbursement claims vs receipts to be a gate keeper and ensure accuracy
    • Manage vendor payments; Process all payment requests and communicate with Greater China country manager to obtain payment authorization
    • Ensure finance records and company documents (e.g., accounting vouchers with invoices, tax & audit reports, and business licenses) are well filed

  • Financial statements, Tax planning & Compliance

    • Lead monthly closing process with HQ Finance team including GL/AP/AR/Tax modules (e.g., timetable preparation, G/L entries, cost & inventory reconciliations, closing checklist review)
    • Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting in compliant with accepted policies and procedures
    • Work with local Tax Bureau to create financial statements for each legal entity that is compliant with local tax requirements
    • Maintain a good working relationship with relevant stakeholders and local Tax Bureau staff
    • Manage and raise alert on potential risks for treasury management with feasible and reasonable tax planning
    • Compliance control, maintain a strong financial corporate governance environment and ensure compliance with statutory and corporate policies, procedures and controls including accounting, tax, and other delegated authorities

    Profile

    • Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting or Finance management. Holder of Accounting certificate (intermediate accounting certificate is a plus)
    • 6 years or above working experience with expertise in accounting
    • Solid accounting knowledge in retail, consumer goods, or related industries
    • Good capacity in communication, coordination of different departments, headquarter and other related bureaus; able to work under pressure
    • Able to adapt to changeable business environment and can work under pressure
    • Strong sense of ownership and strong sense of responsibilities
    • Attention to details; accuracy in handling numbers
