Job Description

  • Oversee and review Group's audited financial statements, annual report and quarterly report in compliance with statutory listing requirements and in accordance with IFRS and MRFS.
  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation of Group financial statements, together with budget & forecast, and to report on results to stakeholders and management team.
  • Reviewing and resolving any difference arising from inter company reconciliation, inter company balances and balance sheet review.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and provide commentary on financial performance.
  • Be flexible in participating in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by Management from time to time
  • Any ad hoc internal reporting - Liaise with auditors and other parties relating to audit and tax matters.
