Our client is a leading global insurance, looking for a deputy head of internal audit.

About the job
An essential role in supporting the regional head of internal audit in shaping the strategic direction of the group internal audit function. You will be leading and managing global audit assignments, driving audit deliverable and aligning audit methodology, group requirements and standards. You will work closely with various senior stakeholders across the different business functions in building strong and effective working relationships, performing walkthroughs and discussions.

Skills and experience required
At least 12 years of relevant work experience in audit in the financial services industry or in external audit covering the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to identify emerging risks. You should be hands-on and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders. You should have strong project management skills with the ability to lead change and drive strategic improvements.
