Client Details
A well respected Hove based organisation is looking to recruit a full time Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
Description
As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Accounts payable processing, payment runs and queries
- Raising of sales order invoices and cash allocation
- Petty Cash management and associated reconciliations
- Processing credit card transactions
- Bank reconciliations (£ and $)
- Supporting with payroll
- Assisting with month end reporting
Profile
- Sage and excel
- Previous all round bookkeeping knowledge
- Possibly an AAT studier
