Finance business Partner role responsible for providing financial insight to important corporate decision makers. You will also assist the organisation's management and financial accounting services.
Client Details
Our client is a National Housing Federation member in charge of the upkeep of approximately 20,000 homes. They also provide a variety of care and support services in specialist areas such as older people, mental health, and transitional assistance for disadvantaged or vulnerable people.
Description
- Provide assistance to the organisation on any business projects with a financial impact.
- Work with the company to create yearly and rolling budgets that are cost-effective while achieving the desired results.
- Work with the company to ensure that all budgetary and financial deadlines are reached.
- Work with the business to obtain input and ensure continuous development in the finance department's service delivery and look to consistently improve on processes and procedures that provide value for money.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of Statutory Reporting, ensuring that all financial activities are completed within the agreed-upon time frames in time for the annual external audit, and dealing with any questions that arise during the annual audit.
- Delivering analysis and insight that connects financial reports to corporate strategies.
- Developing or implementing effective commercial procedures to guarantee essential operational, commercial, and financial targets are met.
- Work with the organisation to reforecast financial performance on a regular basis and guarantee that the management accounts team submits it.
Profile
- Have a CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA qualification or be qualified by experience.
- A strong dedication to customer service and service excellence.
- A working knowledge of financial management in the housing and property sectors.
Job Offer
- Salary range: £48,000 - £55,000 per year
