My client is a sizeable corporate in Hong Kong with diversified businesses across the APAC regions. They are now looking for a talented finance professional with a passion for strategic business planning. The successful candidate will serve as a key strategic partner to lead the Finance team.

Description

  • Act as a strategic business partner and develop business strategies/business models to enhance the efficiency and value of the Company
  • Provide guidance on FP&A, reporting, and system integration
  • Conduct regional market analysis and contribute to strategic business planning initiatives
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting that is compliant with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Manage complex financial systems and processes
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CPA is a must
  • Prior experience from audit firms is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • FP&A experience to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience managing complex financial systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and identify opportunities
