Billing Specialist - Multinational Law Firm (Up to 50k)

Our client is a top-notch global law firm with specialty covering different disciplines. Now, there are more than 2,000 lawyers around the world and the business keeps expanding across multiple business of law functions. Currently, they are seeking for a Billing Specialist for client accounting to cope with their future business development plan.

Description

• Handle billing matters for APAC entities
• Prepare a weekly and WIP update to each partner
• Coordinate billing & collections activity with billing & collections team
• Provide revenue related analysis to clients
• Handle disputed bills and negotiate directly with client/partners to bring payment within the agreed terms
• Perform client accounting to understand and review the key clients for the PIF team

Profile

• Degree holder in accounting or finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience for billing, collection and client accounting in legal sector or professional services
• Keen to law new things in the fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and lawyers effectively
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience in Aderant Expert is a plus
