Job Resposibilities:
- Oversee the operation of accounts department including managing junior colleagues and outsourcing with QX onshore team.
- Help in managing client relationship with allocated client database.
- Work in general practical role, utilizing accounts, bookkeeping and management accounts preparation skills.
- Dealing with companies' house, HMRC and client.
- Assist the business owner in reviewing the work of other team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and feature to enhance the workflow of the firm under the guidance and supervision of the business owner.
- Managing the deadline and multitude of accounting activities.
Requirements:
- Well versed in key accounting, bookkeeping and taxation software.
- Team leading and reviewing skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Having Experience in UK accountancy firm and client
- Education Qualification Required: ACCA-Party Qualified/ Qualified / Member
