Description

Reporting to Internal Control Manager, we are looking for 1 immediately available Accountant to take charge of general accounting affair ;

• Responsible for AR accounts, reviewing tax invoice issuance and commercial invoice reconciliation, follow up the clearance of AR etc. and work with credit management to monitor the status of customers.
• Coordinate with AP process hub for request documents preparation and further payment arrangement.
• Responsible for tax reporting, VAT invoice validation and reconciliation, VAT refund, handling other necessary local tax issues.
• Responsible for expense claim check, make sure the compliance and internal control are in place.
• Archive accounting and financial records, vouches, contract etc. per local regulations and group policies.
• Fulfil the ad-Hoc request in Accounting, Reporting, Tax related tasks from senior accountant.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in the major of finance & accounting or relevant.
• 1-3 years related work experience
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Team working ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT.
• Analytic ability.
• A methodical approach and problem-solving skills.
