The opportunities: your next adventure awaits

As part of the Business Transformation team, you will collaborate on challenging projects alongside high performing professionals from different backgrounds. Together we will advise clients on executive level in the Financial Services industry to improve or transform their businesses, optimize their capabilities and help them drive growth and manage risk while achieving excellence. You can expect to work with team members across various topics, including business strategy and transformation, revenue improvement, customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory change.

As a member of our Banking Transformation Execution team, you’ll be working with some of the most recognizable names within the Industry, helping them to deliver projects focused on addressing their most significant challenges. We’re assisting Banks to operate better, faster, cheaper, safer, and more sustainably. We do this by designing and improving processes, operating models, business architecture, customer experience, digital and technology enablers.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Working with key stakeholders from the Industry to understand the challenges that their businesses are facing and helping them to tailor a solution to address these.
• Support the design and delivery of complex operational improvement and business transformation projects on engagements for key Banking and Private Banking clients – covering areas such as process improvement, journey design, operating model, digital and technology transformations.
• Conduct regular meetings and events with stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations to keep them abreast of Industry evolutions and market trends.

• Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following:
• An excellent academic track record in one of the following fields: management, business administration, economics or finance
• A first relevant experience either in a financial services firm or in the management consulting practice of a professional services firm
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills in English. French and/or German will be considered an asset
