Description

• You should expect your day-to-day to vary based on the needs of our clients. Therefore candidate is expected to be flexible and adaptable
• Perform required country / sector / company research and offer insights to the internal team
• Analyse market data and prepare internal / client presentations.
• Participate in the marketing phase of deals-sourcing activities
• Participate in the execution of all deal activities, including due diligence, build detailed financial models, prepare and review transaction documents, coordinate with professional parties and assist in liaising with the regulatory authorities
• Attention to detail is a must

Profile

• Experiences in M&A or Capital Markets transactions in the region is a plus-point (although not a must)
• Comfortable with numbers and possesses strict attention to details
• Quick leaner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management skill and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical mind and able to perform thorough research and analysis work
• Highly resourceful with the ability to gather information independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Degree in Finance, Economics and Business / Quantitative disciplines
