Job Description
- Manage Accounts Payable invoice receipt and scanning (stick Bar-code and scan invoices)
- Any special projects related to Accounts Payable
- Create tickets to Vietnam GSA when necessary
- OBR Tasks - Preparation of WHT documents for filing
- OBC Tasks - Receipt Issuance
- Others:- Manage Finance documents archiving, Support on-site office related matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Financial Economics/Business Administration,
- Preferable 6 months and above availability for internship.
Additional Information
- Skill knowledge for Microsoft work, Microsoft excel, Power Point
- Basic knowledge for IT
