Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on the similar position
- Customer orientation and experience in maintaining relationships with client on
- Experience in F&A area (preferable BPO or SSC
Responsibilities:
- Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met
- Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Providing operational support to team members
- Handling client communication and escalations
