Head of Delivery and Depositary Services

To work within the Depositary team in a Leadership position with a critical focus on developing our people.

Create and foster an environment that motivates and continuously develops the team to ensure excellent client service delivery and build relationships with cluster counterparts.

Responsible for end-to-end delivery on 4 departments – Corporate Secretarial Services; KYC/AML; Depository and Payments

Responsible for developing the strategy to build the right delivery platforms across all 4 services lines

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the effectiveness of current procedures across the 4 services lines, proposing changes as the business and legislation evolves and develops as appropriate
• Ensuring operational procedures are followed at all times and ensuring compliance with all current and future AIFMD regulatory requirements
• Ensuring the business is appropriately staffed and resourced in line with business needs and managing any recruitment process as appropriate
• Build relationships with Cluster counterparts across jurisdictions in Europe, the USA, and Asia
• Planning and Monitoring of deliverables ensuring that all clients are receiving the highest level of service at all times
• Assisting with the identification of new business opportunities for the current business as well as future business opportunities as AIFMD legislation evolves
• Managing the direct line reports to ensure that they are delivering results in line with Cluster client requirements.
• Review and negotiation of terms associated with the business in respect of clients and other providers as appropriate

• Bachelors Degree Holder
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position ideally within a Financial Services industry Experience in a Corporate Secretarial role; KYC/AML and Payments functions
• Demonstrable experience working in a senior leadership role and effectively managing a team is essential
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies within Financial Services is desirable
• Proven alternative funds’ experience, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, debt fund and asset classes is desirable
• Having a Legal Background is mandatory
• Fluent in English
