With more than two thousands employees worldwide, they are looking for an experienced finance professional to support senior level management planning and decision making by performing budgeting, forecasting and analysis.

Description

• Checks and uses Tagetik Software system to monitor and manage financial performance and processes, such as budgeting, consolidation, planning and forecasting, disclosure management, and reporting
• Responsible for data management of internal business planning and consolidation system
• Perform budgets and forecasts, trend analysis in expense, revenue, and other line items
• Prepare standard monthly reporting package including P&L, B/S, headcount, and other financial KPI's
• Assemble and summarize data, present findings, analysis, and recommendation to management
• Provide information and suggestions necessary for business decision making and act as the Finance partner for management

Profile

• Overseas university graduates in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Hands on experience of Tagetik system is a must
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (Knowledge in PowerBI, Tableau, SAP is a plus)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, open-minded, logical, and responsible
