Client Details

Our client is a well known conglomerate property developer of residential, shopping malls, hotels, office, and other real estates. They are currently looking for an Accountant to join their dynamic team.

Description

  • Provide financial and KPI analysis to evaluate business performance
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Facilitate business units to develop financial models on new projects and investments
  • Compile monthly departmental reports and partner with business unit stakeholders
  • Responsible for monthly consolidation and reporting schedules to facilitate management reporting

Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Statistics, or Data Science
  • Student member of CPA or CFA will be a plus
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Macros, VBA, or PowerBI will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP FICO, BPC is an advantage
  • Proactive, good interpersonal skills, analytical mind-set
