The opportunity

We're looking for Intern/ Staff/Consultant with expertise in Finance Transformation and optimization projects to join the group of our Business Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a finance domain service offerings.

Your key responsibilities

• Part of a team of finance domain consultants undertaking finance transformation and optimization projects
• The team majorly handles projects/ focuses on the below areas:
• Support in the digitization and finance process improvements projects to help the client
• Defining finance vision and finance strategy transformation plan
• Design Finance target operating model design and Business process reengineering
• Develop Finance Structure and roles
• Cost optimization and business planning
• Agile Finance and Digital enablement on finance able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments
• Experience in transformation and optimization assignments in Industries like Automotive, Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Metals/Mining, Retail and Life Sciences/Pharma will be valuable for the role.
• Exposure to tech solutions in Finance function including ERP/SAP along with exposure to analytics and modelling.
• The team has deep expertise in specialized data analytics tools, databases, and sources; analyse/ maintain/update the data management system and reporting suite
• Create intelligent and informative written and visual reports for the team or help on the dashboards

Skills and attributes for success

• Exposure or experience in Digital solutions in Finance functions will be an added advantage.

• Process compliance/timely reporting of facts & figures
• Support business development activities through participating in pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients
• Contribute to the development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
• Be a part of project teams to provide solutions to unstructured problems

To qualify for the role, you must have

• CA/ACCA/Master's degree/ MBA Finance
• 0 - 3 years of consulting work experience in Finance projects
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint, Power Bi skills.
• Consulting experience in Financial services, Experience in transformation projects, Analytical and modelling skills, ERP/SAP/ Blackline/ MS Dynamics exposure would be an added advantage
• Willing to work on Sunday to Thursday working week and support MENA timings (11AM - 8.30 PM), as preferred (supporting Middle East Clients)

Other expectations from the staff role:

• Project management skills
• Report writing, Customer handling, Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in usage of analytical tools/ representations
• Exposure to tools like Anaplan, Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx etc would be advantageous
• Certifications in finance domain, processes, functions
