Finance Business Partner working alongside the CFO and the Commercial Director supporting the budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial operations.

Client Details

Experienced Finance Business Partner working for a school based close to Glastonbury. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial support, guidance and insight to the senior management team, ensuring that the school is able to make informed business decisions.

Description

• Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, forecasts and working closely with the senior management team to ensure that financial targets are met.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Manage financial controls and risk management procedures, ensuring that the school operates in compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Work with the senior management team to develop and implement business strategies, driving growth and success for the school.

Profile

Require finance qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) would be advantageous, but is not essential. At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
