Key Role Responsibilities:
- Establish policies and procedures to monitor and report several aspects of the credit agreement including:
- "Basket" capacities are adhered to
- Leverage ratios are computed in accordance with the credit agreement
- Other affirmative and negative covenants are properly monitored and reported including items included in the quarterly compliance certificate (financial statements, guarantors, etc.)
- Own / provide inputs for quarterly lender financial reporting requirement.
- Assist with analysis, accounting and reporting of derivative contracts - interest rate swaps, warrants, earnouts, etc.
- Responsible for all hedge accounting ensuring all hedge relationships comply with US GAAP whilst maintaining the appropriate control environment
- Perform / analyse valuations of various financial instruments, including derivatives
- Prepare and review monthly foreign exchange reports analysing foreign exchange gains and losses generated during the period
- Provide inputs for foreign exchange risk management policies. Analyse risks related to foreign currency exposures and suggest measures to mitigate those risks.
- Regularly review of treasury accounting policies ensuring that they are implemented properly and the accounting is done in accordance with the approved policies.
- Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all external treasury related financial data.
- Provide technical financial accounting advice and guidance for treasury and other financial instruments. Maintain accounting policies and manuals and provide expert accounting advice to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and develop treasury related financial and non-financial data points included within external filings.
- Own SOX controls for related accounting and reporting.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects and transactions for technical accounting and reporting.

Qualifications and Core Skills:
- ACA or CFA qualified (although not essential)
- US GAAP exposure to accounting for financial instruments, derivatives and hedging and foreign exchange
- 2-3 years of relevant experience either in industry or accounting firm
- Debt compliance and external reporting experience.
- Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communicator with the ability to interpret and explain financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level Excel skills.
- A positive team player, with an adaptable and flexible approach along with ability to work collaboratively to drive results and support the wider team and business objectives.
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
