As a Specialist Finance Services you'll be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Review the tax submissions prepared by Shared service center (SSC).
- Prepare annual tax submissions for VAT and WHT
- Prepare Vat and WHT reconciliations with accountancy.
- Prepare analytical tax reports.
- Ensure SSC follows correct procedures to control tax submissions.
- Collaborate in projects giving tax requirements.
- Prepare SII reconciliations.
- Review procedures and external team managing local taxes
- Prepare monthly tax accruals for local and municipal taxes
What do you bring?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2-3 years in finance or accounting. Experience in a Big4 is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in excel and power pivot tools.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, you will work daily with international teams.
- Experience with SAP (FI module).
- Deadline oriented and able to work well under pressure.
- Motivated to learn and develop its professional career in tax area
- Initiative to solve problems or improve processes
- Teamwork & Collaboration.
