About the Role
- In charge of property business, fixed asset and Right-of-Use accounting
- Prepare full set of accounts for subsidiaries, including GST reporting and assist in preparing tax filing related information.
- Prepare journals and monthly audit schedules for business and subsidiaries assigned to.
- Prepare payments and cashflow forecast for subsidiaries assigned to.
- Prepare monthly intercompany and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare annual financial statements for subsidiaries assigned to.
- Assist in yearly audit with external / internal audit.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
What You Need to Have
Technical Competencies:
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences in finance/accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel skills.
Other Competencies:
- Positive attitude, able to work independently as well as a team.
- Analytical and meticulous
Candidates must be residents in Singapore or have the right to work in Singapore.
