Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:
You will be able to provide general administrative support services to assurance practice manager level via various systems or platform. The service scope includes:
- Make conference/meeting arrangements (both internal and external);
- Coordinate travel needs including itinerary or hotel for domestic and international travel;
- Handle expense reimbursement, travel allowance(OOT) matters;
- Assist in issuance of various assurance reports, service agreements and relevant documents;
- Assist iPower (a finance system) related matters (create job code, WIP report, WIP transfer, issue billing etc.)
- Other administrative or operational support tasks as requested by the department.
- At least college graduate education;
- Minimum one year's experience in secretary or assistant positions in multinational companies;
- Proficient in oral and written English;
- Good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Good common sense;
- Friendly attitude - cheerful and diligent;
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and good problem solving skills;
- Aptitude in standard computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
