Management Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join rapidly growing machine learning and AI consultancy start-up. The Management Accountant will help shape the future of the business and the direction it takes.

Client Details

The client are a company of scientists and engineers developing machine learning applications, involved in some of the most exciting industries in the world including Space, Aerospace, Motorsport and EV's.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based from the office in the City of London.

Description

The Management Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts

• Supporting creation of budgets, forecasts and business plans

• Business partnering with senior management

• Payroll administration

• Implementation of cost control systems

• Management of AP & AR

• Employee expenses management

• Procurement of equipment

Profile

The successful Management Accountant:

• Degree level education

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part-Qualified

• 2-3 years experience working in equivalent role ideally with an SME or start-up

• Experience using Xero accounting software

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be entitled to the competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience along with these other benefits:
