Description
The Financial Business Partner will have to:
- Produce monthly variance analysis to be communicated with non-financial stakeholders, responsible for budget monitoring for your given areas.
- Work with the Senior Finance Business Partner on the yearly closure of accounts producing key notes on housing revenue accounts for the final statutory reporting.
- Support the Senior Finance Business partner in the production of business cases for new or upcoming investments.
Profile
The successful Finance Business Partner will be:
- Ideally studying towards a CCAB qualification.
- Experienced in management and financial accounts for the housing sector.
- Advanced excel skills.
- First class communication skills.
