With their rapid business growth, they are now looking for a high caliber individual with strong advisory experience to join their exciting business as a Assistant Tax Manager.

about the job

Reporting to the Tax Director, you will be part of a team with responsibility for all tax advisory matters and support for their global business. This includes planning, providing tax advice on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing and cross border transactions. You will monitor developments on regional tax legislation closely, ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements and identifying risks and opportunities. You will also support global projects, PE and BEPS assessments. You will have oversight on tax compliance and reporting matters, which will be managed by the local finance team.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a degree in accountancy with at least 5 years regional taxation experience in a dynamic MNC with some prior years in Big 4. Excellent communication skills and maturity to deal with different cultures and with all levels of staff are necessary. A self-motivated leader, you are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
