French Credit Controller

They are seeking a French Credit Controller to manage their French Accounts, chasing debts and building relationships with clients and customers. My client are a leading Retail and Technology company who are based in North London. They sell products all over the world so are seeking a Credit Controller to manage their French function and to build relationships. This is a busy and varied role which you can make your own and progress up within the company. You will be part of a medium sized Finance team who take a collaborative approach and work well together to drive the business forward.

Description

As a French Credit Controller your role will involve -

• To lead the French division of the business
• Chasing debts via telephone, email and letter
• Building relationships with customers and clients
• Translating from French to English and vice versa
• Working with Sales Ledger to allocate payments received
• Monitor outstanding balance against set credit limit and escalate to line manager when limit exceeded
• Respond to daily account queries
• Work with remote leadership and regional sales teams
• Assisting other Finance members with French issues

• Ideally a background with Credit Control
• Great telephone manner
• Confident person who is a team player

• Good communication skills and happy to ask for help when needed
