You will:

  • Act in Business Analyst capacity to support the continued transformation and automation of the Firm's capital planning processes that are used for Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review ('CCAR')
  • Execute Budapest Capital team deliverables in support of global Capital Planning processes
  • Produce presentation materials for Senior Management and for Capital Planning stakeholders
  • Create documentation for the Firm's capital plan submissions and capital adequacy assessment
  • Support capital planning and stress testing process enhancements, internal controls, review and challenge and governance initiatives

Qualifications

You have:

  • 2-5 year of professional experience in financial services or management consulting required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, high understanding of technical tools (e.g., MS Office) and ability to learn quickly
  • Deep analytical, writing and presentation skills, including ability to summarize business problems and detailed analysis with clarity and brevity
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills
  • Proven track record of great teamwork and ability to work across organizational boundaries
  • Ability to work on multiple projects under a compressed timeline
  • Adaptability to fast changing demands and environment

Team Profile:

Budapest Corporate Treasury provides corporate finance advisory services to senior management and the business units, maintaining the Firm's liquidity, optimizing its capital base, coordinating its relationships with rating agencies, lenders and creditors, managing the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and accessing multi-currency short- and long-term financing. Treasury actively supports the firm's Recovery and Resolution Planning efforts.

The Capital Team manages the Firm's long-term capital resources on a global basis. The Team develops policies regarding equity capital requirements, capital structure, dividends and stock repurchases; promotes the optimal use of Firm capital while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Firm capital requirements.
