Our client is a well-established wholesaler in Manchester City Centre. Currently seeking a Purchase Ledger to join their finance team. This role is 100% office based and offers progression opportunities.

Description

  • Ensure all purchase ledger invoices and credit notes are authorised by the appropriate budget holder
  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Prepare supplier payment runs on a weekly basis
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
  • Ensure that all supplier accounts are settled within our terms
  • Reconcile the company credit card statements and post credit card journal on a monthly basis
  • Processing Sales Agents' commission
  • Processing staff expenses on a monthly basis
  • Monthly Aged Credit review

Profile

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Intermediate Excel.

Basic numeracy skills.
